This was a Jacobean Manor House completed in 1616 on a hexagonal plan, with five angled ranges and the sixth left open. It has battlemented parapets, clustered facetted columnar brick chimneys and corner towers with squared ogee cappings. We drew floor plans of the property for Knight Frank in March 2021

Caring Wood House is 17,000sq.ft. new build property set in the heart of the Kent countryside inspired by traditional Kentish Oast houses. The project won RIBA House of the Year 2017 and the designers were commended for their beautiful manipulation of space and attention to detail. We were asked to produced floor plans in 2018 for a book being written about the property, the design process and the subsequent award.

Norris Castle has a galleted facade with crenelations, but all of this is for show, as the castle has no defensive fortifications. The building's original function was as a residence. The main castle has 15 bedrooms, a grand hall, a circular drawing room and extensive cellars. It's said it was a favorite place to stay for Queen Victoria as a child.

Hadlow Tower, is a Grade 1* listed folly and the tallest of its kind in the United Kingdom. It was constructed in the mid 19th Century and once formed part of a grand castle in the Romantic Gothic style, built by Walter Barton May. It was severely damaged by the great storm in 1987 and restored following a local campaign with funding from English heritage and the National lottery. It has been used as a holiday let for a number of years and was open to the public for occasional days. We measured the property for Strutt & Parker in April 2018
