All our services (with the exception of EPCs) are available to the commercial sector. These include solicitors, facilities managers & private developers as well as Holiday Lets, hotels, schools, guest houses and Airbnb hosts. Additional services include Lease plans, Facilities Management plans and evacuation plans.

Started in a humble back bedroom in 1995 Homeplan began providing floor plans to estate agents. Now nearly 30 years on we provide a multitude of services used to help the marketing of property.
Our commercial department services the needs of architects and solicitors as well as schools, hospitals and other industry sectors.
Having established Homeplan in 1995. I have since provided floor plans for nearly 30 years. 10 years ago, I qualified as a domestic energy assessor and began providing Energy performance certificates alongside floor plans. Since the beginning I have specialised in prime and super prime property and have continued that with the EPC services. One of the largest projects to date was in excess of 350,000sq.ft.
The ethos I have tried to follow is that when I enter a house and meet the client as well as representing myself I'm also representing the Agent. What I do and say while I’m in the property reflects on them as much as it does me.
I also feel that when dealing with prime and super prime property and the clients that own them, it’s not good enough to do a quick rough sketch and send that to India or Shi Lanka to be drawn by someone who has no idea what kind of house they are drawing. It’s long been my experience that you can’t produce an accurate and detailed floor plan of an individual and complex property without having seen it. Therefore I always complete our drawings from start to finish. I’ve developed what is, as far as we know, a unique system of drawing onsite on a tablet PC that means I don’t have to outsource any drawing or post production work.
I’ve worked in property owned by various royal families from around the world as well as many celebrities and well know personalities. I pride myself on my confidentiality and discretion and I’ve been privileged to work on some very special property for some very distinguished clients. I’m very proud to be the person the agents go to in those circumstances.
